Couple of questions regarding compliance I would like answers to please!

Case conference - agreed he would buy out my share of the familial home (joint tenancy). Conference held in June. Ex has made it clear that he has made no effort YET to buy my share. I would like my damn name off the house, particularily if he files for bankruptcy. So, what would be a "reasonable" time frame for him to remortgage and buy out my share? Considering it has taken this long, can I make a request at next case conference for the property to be sold?

Court Order: It was ordered by the court to put me as a beneficiary of his life insurance policy. His response? "I'm going to cancel the f&*king thing. I can't afford it anyways." What recourse do I have?

Court Order: Father must provide benefits to the Mother. Daddy's answer? "My benefit plan won't include you because you don't live with me". My answer? So what? If HIS benefit plan won't include me, is he not responsible for purchasing an extended benefit plan for me?

    Any answers out there?

    Thanks in advance!

    hi there

I was almost in the same situation.
    1) He refused for the life insurance and made a deal that i have to take an insurance policy too if I want his.
Not to say since I am a CP Mr Judge asked him if e is wiling to pay my premier too.....So now he has an insurance policy , me as the beneficiary.I ask for it every year and makesure that he gives me a photo copy.
    2) With the matrimonial house too he played almost the same thing.17 months and he is nt selling it but making stories that he wil buy me out etc etc.So he was ordered by Mr Judge to put the house on sale by an realtor and has to accept the first reasonable offer.
3)As per as I remember my lawyer told me that I can't be on his medical plans but the kids can be.Which didn't help as he quit his 70000 job so none of us has any medical plan now.
