  • Government assistance/tax credits in CS/SS

I made an offer for a separation agreement recently, and am currently waiting for her answer, however, am curious on something.

She is getting about 420$ per month in UCCB and CCTB per month. There is also the tax credit for a dependant (9600$ per year) and a few other small ones. That'll total about 200$ per month in less income taxes to be paid.

    I could get approximatly 180$ in UCCB/CCTB.

How do the courts view these amounts? Can I say that I am paying her 300$ per month? Also, are all of these taken into account when calculating her income for CC and SS purposes?

These amounts are not calculated as income for her, by the courts.
