TMC/ motions

I have a scheduled TMC in a few months and may need to bring a motion for some issues before that.

Once a TMC happens, is one still able to bring a motion after the TMC and before the trial?

Also does anyone have any idea how long it will take to get to a trial in downtown Toronto ( I think for a two week trial).

Also, does anyone have thoughts on what opening statement should entail?

No, you normally cannot make a motion after the TMC, without leave of the court.


Typically, leave would only be granted for minor procedural issues.
