From you past posts it seems like this has been going on a while and you were advised to buy your ex out for fair market value, why didn’t this happen? As it stands now you have an order to sell the house so that’s what you have to do. The only thing I can’t comment on is the closing date being in July... if no offers come in by that time you obviously can’t close by then. Unfortunately you have no choice. List the house or buy the house yourself for what it’s worth, not what it was worth at separation

Then make an offer to purchase the home when it is listed. Unless the order specifically bars you from making an offer on the home you can make an offer to purchase it to the listing agent.

Furthermore, if you are not barred from the sale of the home entirely you can look at every offer coming in and beat them all by $500 and drive up the price. But, be prepared to pay for the home and secure a mortgage.

If the home is listed in the market anyone can buy it. Nothing prevents you, if you have the resources to buy it, from buying it.
