Insurance / Familly Assessment

I am waiting for a response to this question from my insurance company on the topic, but I thought I would ask here as well:

Has anyone here had part of their costs covered as psychiatric services through their insurance company?

Each of my family members are covered for significant amount through my work so I was hoping to find out there would be a precedent. Now I won't hear anything until monday and I have some significant decisions to make over the weekend.
