I'm not sure if my last post went out, I think I had logged out without realizing Any way my partner says he needs to move out to get perspective. he hs agreed to give me 6 months in our family with our son and after that we will re-assess. he makes 14,000 a month and I make only 1,400 am month. How much will he have to give in order to maintain our quality of life? Also if I know he is having an affair does that change the dynamic in a legal standpoint?

I have a question whether it is in my best interst to not say anything to a lawyer about my partner who has deciced to leave the family home...go get some perspective, and finding out that he is now actively pursuing another woman. I do not want to appear vindicvtive and thus will strengthen my position in seeking support payments. he makes 14,000 a month and make 1,400 a month. I do need time to figure out what I should do so I have asked him for 6 months, should I bother with a separation agreement?
