    Keep doing what your are doing! Yup, I learned a hell of a lot reading this forum. I seriously cannot believe the way LF32 is reacting to you. Ya, he went through hell to get his daughter back, but not all moms are gate keepers, out for the money, etc, etc. I seriously hope he clues in that his situation is not yours. Onward and upward! Blah

    Hi Ange,

    In a way, my situation is similar to yours. Ex has never had sole custody, we signed an agreement giving him more time when he moved to my area, he purchased a home in Quebec instead and now wants everything to still be as the agreement states. I sent a counter offer 9 months ago, revoked it 4 months ago, and still have heard nothing. What is he now doing? Dragging my name through the dirt any way he can. Absolutely terrifying, untrue, and laughable. Anyway, one of my points is, you must grow a thick skin immediately. Learn how to focus on the law. This is extremely difficult to do. It sucks! And having to work your way through all the crap some members throw out is not helping. I agree with Arabian, who is usually a very level-headed poster who focuses on the law. Grow your thick skin, let his allegations mount (it's up to him to prove them) and let him sink himself. Well, that's my strategy, I hope it works!
