ddol, you had asked about your daughter`s potential jaw surgery - I used Dr. Vytas Lenauskas, in kitchener waterloo ( I realize that`s even further than toronto!) But he managed to put mine through mostly with OHIP -at least the surgery part. He broke my upper jaw in 2, and removed pieces, he broke my lower jaw in 2, and added pieces. And he give me a little chin bone. It`s not something I would do for cosmetic purposes - I had major over bite (not my teeth, my jaw), and was suffering from lock jaw on a regular basis. It hasn`t quite fixed the lock jaw - I still get that infrequently. Please feel free to PM me if she has any questions.
