HAD TO SPLIT MY MESSAGE I don't post publicly for a number of reasons, but mostly due to the fact that I was awarded sole custody from the day they were born. Sole custody posters just don't go over very well on ODF 😉 on my own I have expanded access 4 times in their short life. We signed a parenting agreement 4 years ago to start 50-50 all in. His condition, suggested by him and insisted upon by him was that he would move back to my province and into my community. Did I mention it was his idea 😉 Yup, you guessed it, he didn't. He asked me to begin 50-50 regardless and I agreed! But needed a few amendments to our agreement as well. He ignored my additions and has let the issue lie dormant for 3 years. He's now taking me to court claiming I have denied him 50-50. And here we are. But, yup, I am the bad one! And that's some of my story 🤗 MB4 p.s. I do have 4 kids, all boys, 24 & 20 yr old from 15 yr relationship, twins dad and I were together less than a year 😝

Hi Kate331! Thanks for leaving a response about my kiddo, he was just so awesome! Unfortunately, his dad and I are nowhere in the vicinity of being amicable. We're headed to court very soon, which is a real shame. My kids got where they are feeling comfortable with mom and Stepmom because of me. I simply do not exist to their father. This forum has helped me navigate and deal with his narcissistic tendencies (shhhhhh, don't tell Taken I said that lol). Ex has actually written in his affidavit that our sons (fraternal twins) see Stepmom as their mother and only her!!!! Not lying or exaggerating, he really wrote that.
