Hello, somebody suggested I contact you. My story is in the thread reasons for contempt - Ottawa Divorce .com Forums. I would like to have your opinion. I would like to mention that my ex also has a very bad behaviour; to give examples: he wrote the trial coordinator to accuse her of injustice; he harrassed people at the cemetery; he had a verbal fight with people at the funeral house or the palliative care home. He insulted my son at school saying :you are not the only child of a divorced family.
The access rights from every two week-end have been modified this year to every twoSaturdays. However, this was done in a settlement conference and the judge did not write it. As far as I know you need a motion to ask for the transcript. My ex accused me of contempt. He believes the order is the same as in 2014. So, we do not agree on the orders. But most importantly, my son refuses to go with him.

Gun to the head happens at the divorce.....stop arguing with these "entitled" are not going to cheange their freebie point of view.

do yourself a flavour, forget this's a piece of history to you, or should be. Trust me on that.

Good Morning, I don't seem to be having any luck with posting or email. I was just looking for some simple clarity about the Dismissal Order. Does it mean that the Divorce is over? My ex filed a simple Divorce Request over a year ago, and since I have received Notices for Dismissal, yesterday the Dismissal Order. I would like clarity as from what I have found and heard from civilian colleagues, I am just not sure anymore. thanks Jeff, from a newbie who just wants clarity.
