Hi, you went to trial and I am suddenly looking like I am going to trial. I have a lot of questions...can you point me to a good summary of the procedure in family court trial? Like how do I submit documents as evidence? What kinds of questions can I ask of witnesses...that kind of thing.
Just reading your thread and I wish I could tell you it gets better. 4 years in with my stepson (I married his father) and in my eyes it has never gotten better. It is just always something else. You can only control your feelings though and it's the only thing that has helped me. Good luck!
