I was wondering if anyone can help me. My situation is that I have been separated from my ex for over a year due to him having an affair. His girlfriend was married at the time and she is now separated.
My current access arrangement is that my ex sees our child friday and saturday. We have had this arrangement for over a year. His girlfriend doesn't like it and wants him to go to every other weekend and sync it with her schedule. I have been told that if I do not comply they will take me to court. Does anyone know someone who went through this?
