Hello Everyone,
I'm unsure how to post or begin a new thread. I'm not sure if that's because I only have visitor status? I need to ask a question about the best way to respond to a Motion To Change CS when there are so many discrepancies, untruths, etc in the Motion itself. There is nothing in it that is truthful. Do I just request it be dismissed and file my own motion? Payor hasn't even used last years income on the Motion, just 2017-2019. It looks like she may have earned greater than $150,000 and is trying to conceal income. Just not sure what to do.
