Hey .. one other thing .. Be "silent and deadly" (so to speak) ... Poker face - don't let 'em know what you're doing until you are ready ti do it (or right before, if you're bluffing -- but if he calls the bluff, be ready to carry through ... I usually have two-three plans of action) ... Game + reality ... Go get 'im. ... Take back

Hey Fran .. I'm Helen .. ... I found my problems happened with emotional reactions .. Once I remived that and viewed it as "game", I rocked. (I had a hard first year. - was in the hospital - eep .. so I hope I qualify as "been there, almost died (really), came back, was bullied, cried a river, felt totally overwhelmed, and saud *F* ... and thussly kicked some extreme ARSE. They didn't know what hit them ... Don't let them pkay your emotions. Take it BACK.

(Part 2 of 2) .... For now, don't panic, keep it real, trust your instinct, and don't worry about his family OR put too much faith in anyone else's opinion - because however well-meaning (or not), their thoughts are based on their personal experiences.. THIS is YOUR experience.. YOUR game moves. Hang on and think first before reacting - Take time to make a plan, and take time to consider other angles and how they might also play out. I.e., What do YOU want to happen? And what do YOU need to do to get there? ... You can do this.

Long post - Part 1 of 2: ... What is your price range? My lawyer and I "talk" mostly by way of email. It'll cost me a few $K overall. However, after the $1k retainer was, she just bills every month or two now, so it's smaller amounts and easy. She is great - If I could go back in time, I'd be a divorce lawyer. My ex and his dad tried to "gang up" on me - My lawyer made it VERY clear to them that this process is between me and Ex ONLY .. His family "doesn't exist" in our divorce - Period. Be strong - and know that it's OK to feel "selfish" .. Because this is a game... YOUR game, YOUR life. Play it fair, but play to WIN... And as difficult as it is to see him with the bimbette, remember you're in a better place - exactly where you should be. Great things lie ahead - I promise.... (continued)

Hi. I used a lawyer. If you have any specific legal questions, feel free to ask away. Don't be terrified - you will do fine.

I thought I would ask if you are willing. I just read a post of yours where you indicated colleary support and that you could earn up to 25k without affecting your "agreement"? I at this time have hundreds of things going thru my head and this really struck me in a good way. I doubt I will ever be able to be gainfully employed though. Your clause is so much different than what i understand in the terms of regular finacial disclosure and continual adjustment of support based on new particulars. Not sure if i am allowed but if you wish my email is - it may make it easier to exchange. And I do like the kittie pic too! - David (I will keep an eye on both)
