I am in the same situation as you. My ex works under the table, and has hiden his assets under relatives names. A child support order was finalized in July. When will I know if he's paid something? Do I get a check or a letter or something? There is a restraining order on him so we can't communicate. I'm wondering if he just doesn't feel like paying will I have to wait 8 months to see something too. In the meantime we have to live.
