Actually i just settled out of court with my ex. I had an OCL involved and interviewed my son. Their findings was my son wanted to live fully with me and see his mother here and there. So I gave her an Offer to Settle based on that. I used a mediator for any negotiations of the arrears. I actually came on here tonight to find out what I do next. Hope all goes well for you,
