Hello,
I went to the police station to pick up a subpoena to appear in court after receiving 2 notices left at my house. The person at the reception did not ask me to sign for it when he gave me the subpoena to appear, so does that mean does if I do not appear in court, they will have no grounds to come after me? I live in Ontario.

Hi FL,
I provided further detail on my post as you asked in order to give appropriate expert advice but I didn't see any words after.
Now I want to remove my complete post and for that there is option provided/set up by admin and also I can't find any help in FAQ section.I sent many mail to main contact address but I never got any help from them.

Please help in removing/deleting my post.

Thank you for the comments you had for me. The amount he is asking for is very reasonable but I just don't have it. I can offer to give him what's left from my pay which I make right now ,like one hundred dollars a week at one job and the other job is not giving me enough to buy gas.I am able to cover my mortgage. I am working two jobs and it's killing me.
I am trying to scrape by and he wants me to take another loan. I can't afford another loan
I just want him out of my life. I will sell my soul to do it.
Would any judge allow him half my property? I trully believe he moved here with those intentions. Years ago a boyfriend sued me for the birthday and Christmas gifts he bought me. He didn't win the case but we did not cohabitate either.
The email I atttached to my post sounded so threatening. I don't want to lose my home because I cared about this sick puppy.

I am new to this forum but from what I have read so far, I would like to thank you for all of your input. You have answered many of my questions that I have been asking throughout my friends divorce. He has already spent more than $25,000 on lawyer fees and his side of his divorce still has not been heard by a judge! He has now been forced to represent himself in court. I am helping him put his case together for court now, by reading and researching everything I can on line about Ontario Divorce proceedings and Laws. So thank you again for all of your input here.
