Read your post, sorry to hear you had to go through that with the lawyer, been there myself, so I empathize. Just out of curiosity who was the lawyer? Im very leary of lawyers now, not sure how I will ever be able to retain another one. Thanks
Hello BC...my lawyer has recommended I put together a parenting plan, but am lost on how to structure it. I am the non-custodial parent (and CP is obstructing on basically everything except access). Does it deal with Ma-Pa communication protocols, or specifically about 'what if kiddo needs braces' or how to decide on what school, or establishing common 'messages/rules' we should enforce kiddo (no icecream before dinner?). Assuming it would have to fall within the rules of our current consent order - just adding details. There's just too much, need to focus somehow...
Any suggestions would be very welcome!
Thanks, DF.
