After my ex's fairly lengthy affair i walked away from our 26 year marriage in which she has ended up with practically everything. As well as that she takes half of my net wages every week and with the arrears and constant penalties being imposed by FRO there is very little left for me. I have been on workmans compensation for the past month and a half and I have yet to have any garnishments taken off my disability, although my arrears are increasing I'm very curious to know if there can be any diar consequences for not passing half of these earnings on to FRO.

I've been going through very messy court proceedings for spousal support and her lawyer thinks she makes the rules. Its been very messy. She was ordered to supply financial records by the judge by last Aug and never has, we were in discovery last Sept and she was asked to supply other records, still nothing, we go back to court AGAIN in Feb, is there any penalty to her for not supplying this information?
