In fact things are looking grim. The OCL report was in favour of her gettting custody and me getting alternate week-ends and wednesdays. The basis for his finding was predicated on that we cannot communicate effectively (as is obvious by her actions here), and the fact that she is 5 months pregnant. Therefore, it's in our sons best interest to be with her and bond with the new baby.

Personally, it irks me that that new relationship is held up as more valuable than the relationship with his father. But what do I know, I'm only the kids father.
Sounds to me like she has some mental issues. Sounds like a crazy irrational woman to me. I would document all of her stupidity! Women like this don't do their kids any favors it only harms them in the long run. I can't stand women that use their own children as pawns and a piece of owned property! And oh my god she's having another child?! Pity

Such a crime and you are still not in jail

I am glad that I am not the only one bearing a crazy ex.My ex will delibearately put ink and turmeric marks over to my kids new clothes.I kept quite and let hm ruin 4-5 new clothing. Then he took their pictures in soiled clothing and put it in the court papers.
Rather than yelling or accusing I found a way .Now my kids have only one set of clothing to wear for the access. Now they are so trained that if they don't wear the particular clothes they refuse to go.;-)
