Co-parenting app

Does anyone use a co-parenting app , I am looking for one that can track the time and to save the messages received. Ex is not consistent at all with the schedule, when he does not feel like it, "is too stressed at work" or too tired let's the kids with us. I am looking for something for free or minimum costs. Thank you.
