a question

with all that I have been through with the ex and his reducing support when he has our son to him thinking I should oay him for the month i the summer he has our son........I have decided to go to court to get support ordered and maybe open his eyes to his responsibility as a father and the fact that no matter if he has our son for a week or one month during the year.....I still have custody 90% of the time and he has never in 4 years paid naything but support (mostly late)........my question is that with all the stuff I have against him......many emails proving this is the way he figures this to be.........can I also go after back expenses namely daycare & dental ( I have my tax returns to prove daycare & can get reciepts from dental).......
