Did black and orange day.

Did crazy hair day.

Did costume party Friday.

Didn't do treats for party.

Didn't do pumpkin seeds.

Does anyone else remember that seeds out of the pumpkin used to have gooey pulp clinging to them? Very tasty when roasted. These ones now come out clean.

Depends on the kind of pumpkin maybe? Some are stringier than others and stuff.

We still have to buy candy and carve pumpkins.

I didn't get to see my daughter today
But, I made her costume and she wore it to school Wednesday, and daycare Friday. We carved her pumpkin Wednesday and I went with her class to the pumpkin patch the week before.
It sucks missing fun moments with your kid(s). But at least I got to go out last night!

My kids were at their Mom's this weekend. The schedule called for them to be with me, but Mom hadn't had them for Hallowe'en for the past few years so it was good for them to be with her this time.

We all went out together, my ex and I with my best friend and her ex who happens to be my ex's best friend. (confused yet??) The kids had fun and it was good to see everyone all together again but it's very stressfull trying to keep all the kids coralled when the older ones are hell bent on running off and the little ones can't keep up. This was so much easier when they were all younger. I'm thinking next year we may put the older ones in charge of the little ones and the moms and dads can just tag along and accept jello shooters. This was the first year I've dressed up in ages which was fun too.

Like honestly guys... pumpkin seeds .all I do is recall halloween dress up with my three kids. now only one speaks to me. those were great days.
