I am reading one case on canlii and judge orders father not to take any drugs legal or illegal except of prescription 12 hours before visitation.
I totally support idea that drugs not to be mixed with children, but curious of legality of such order? You feel a bit under weather or had a dentist and can’t take an Advil at 9:30pm because you meeting kids at 9:00 in the morning?
