    If it is administered through FRO and your arrears are pilling up then yes, it can be a target for FRO to go after including GST rebates and income tax returns. FRO is nothing more than the government's collection agency - anything is fair game to them if you are in arrears.

    Child Tax Credit -garnished?

    New relationship with a new child, I pay support for a child of a previous relationship (there are some arrears and working on a variation order). Will the CCTB refund be garnished like the GST and federal income tax
