Divorced Feb 2009 but now my ex does not want to pay for our 18 year old daughters education costs! She thinks she was cheated on the divorce settlement but it is sighned, sealed and delivered...What actions can I take to make her pay.....I will pay it if I have too but it is not right.....Can I withhold child support payments for that one child....I have two girls 15 and 18.

What is her reason for not paying for any educational costs other than you think she feels slighted by the divorce?
I can't pay any of my children's educational costs and that quite simply is because I don't make enough money. My daughter is lucky her grandparents will add to what I was able to put away when she was small before the divorce. Thankful for that. But I have a son too and unfortunately for him it will be OSAP and working for him.
