Offsetting child support

If my ex wife has been claiming the disability tax credit for our son, shouldn’t the dtc refund she gets every year be ised to offset the child support amount I pay?

No. It is used to assist with her costs as she is on disability.

No, she’s not disabled, adult child is.

Still no. Disabled children have extra costs and if you were ordered to pay support for an adult disabled child of the marriage then everything would have been considered.
