  • FRO or automatic recalculation

I have support enforcement through the Family Responsibility Office in Ontario. I no longer live in Ontario. I am thinking about going with a recalculation clause in my province, as both parties need to be in Ontario to avail of the automatic recalculation clause in Ontario. Or just use ISO and keep everything in Ontario? Any downside to moving part of my Ontario order out of Ontario?

Do your kids live in Ontario? Then I believe your income is calculated according to the federal child support guidelines (converted to CDN$ if you live outside Canada) and support is determined at that rate.
