Can anyone tell me if this Release Statement will release me from the ex taking any more from me later.???. He has asked for $3500 so I can keep the vehicle. He did make the payments and morally I feel this is fair to give him that. The van and insurance is in my name. He threatens to sue me for half my home so I am afraid he may come back later for more. We lived together for 3 yrs. except when he went south for the winters. Here is the Release Statement I want him to sign. If anyone can tell me if this covers me forever I would appreciate it.
