    Consulted 2 lawyers since....that is a very, very steep hill to climb.

    One even suggested I could lower the spousal support if the ex started making more instead of addressing what I called for. I ended that call with an a hole quick.

    If it’s non variable then it shouldn’t change. Child support follows the child.

    Our final order says spousal support is non-variable.
    A child changed residence and so child support is changing drastically.
    Both spouses have incomes there is a disparity but it is <10% or so.
    Does that mean spousal support can change?
