Our final order says spousal support is non-variable.
A child changed residence and so child support is changing drastically.
Both spouses have incomes there is a disparity but it is <10% or so.
Does that mean spousal support can change?

If it’s non variable then it shouldn’t change. Child support follows the child.

i think the only route is if this is considered a material change in circumstance

and since it is a final order, it would be wise to look into asap

Remember too though that when the child is living with you, the CS does indeed go your way but typically the SS would go up

hopefully you have a termination date on that

Consulted 2 lawyers since....that is a very, very steep hill to climb.

One even suggested I could lower the spousal support if the ex started making more instead of addressing what I called for. I ended that call with an a hole quick.
