  • Financial Disclosure - child support

Just filling out a financial statement. In the process of seeking arrears child support.

My question are, do I include any child support payments that I am currently receiving?

And do I have to include the RESP withdraws as income? This is confusing as they are in my name but I don't receive a T4A. Or is the RESP withdraws my child?

    thanks

Is this Form 13? You are putting only employment/self-employment income, CTB and spousal support (if you get it). Child support is not income. And the RESP money is not income, you are withdrawing savings.

If you are receiving child support I don’t think you have to put forward a financial statement but I could be wrong.
