Undue Hardship

I don’t know if a judge can order it for another case in one case but I wouldn’t go into a court room knowing that my cs hadn’t been updated for another kid while claiming undue hardship. Especially if the reason for the lowered cs is because you hadn’t shared income info. Sharing of income information is a baseline of the supreme court decision on cs.
