3 pay periods in may- Garnish question

My husbands employer garnishes his cheque for child support. We set it up this way with fro , just easier. Just started this year.

Anyway not sure how it works for three pay periods in this month? Employer is only obligated to garnish 927 per month and we pay it bi-weekly. So can we ask employer not to garnish in last pay period?

More than likely they pull it from the two pay cheques with the third left out. Has he received a cheque yet? Check the items on it to see how much was subtracted and that will give you the answer.

(January had five weeks too. That might give you an answer ad well.)
