The rule for Net Family Property and Equalization: You would have six years from the day you separated, or two years from the date your divorce is final, to go to court, whichever date comes first.

Can Net Family Property and Equalization be done (or forced on you) when the allowed time limit (6 years after separation or 2 years after divorce, whichever is first) is passed?

Generally no. The only time it could be reopened if the requesting party produces evidence that the other party did not properly disclose financial assets in accordance with Rule 13. But, how you would come across the evidence that would allow for the egg to be cracked is the real question. A court won't hand out an order for disclosure and the rules haven't changed too much in the past 10 years on financial disclosure. The court would see the request as a fishing expedition and a way for someone to create unnecessary conflict.
