fro considered a garnishment?

Just wondering if fro is considered a garnishment on pension,ex is trying to garnishee the equalization payment on my pension also.

Not sure if i can have 2 garnishment from same person and one being support through fro and the other being an equalization payment.

Selling house to pay off ex is my only option and going to court end of month to ask for this grace period ,instead of her going through with the garnishment as it would bounce my mortage .

You may want to call FRO and speak to your case manager. Depending on how it is paid and who pays you, they may be able to garnish your payments from your pension provider. If you have an order for payment, they will go after any entity that pays you including the government.
