It's not enforceable. CPP doesn't care what your agreement says. Your spouse can apply for their share at any time. You might get surprised. You might get lucky.
OK, thinking about retiring in next couple of years but little confused.
In separation agreement it says neither spouse will claim for CPP split. But then I read that that's not enforceable. Is that true? Don't want any surprises down the road.
