I need to have my ex wifes name removed from a joint loan that we have.. I cannot qualify to do this! Even with a cosigner... How will tho be handle in regards to our divorce? Can I keep the loan as is for the duration of the loan? Looking for options.

So you sell off the trailer and then maybe you will qualify. Debt consolidation or something would help as well, but if you cannot afford the full loan, the smart thing to do is sell and pay off what you can.

The lending institution has no incentive to take your ex off the loan.

Sell the trailer, and then sell other assets to pay off the debt.
