Financial Settlement seperate from Parenting Agreement

HI ALl,

Is it possible to separate the Financial Settlement from the Separation agreement?

Reason being it's almost been three years since we separated, we agreed to a financial settlement several months ago and finally I believe have agreed to a parenting arrangement. But her lawyer and my ex keep delaying the separation agreements.

Would a judge grant a court order to force her to finish this up? Otherwise I could be waiting another 18 months for the agreement.

I've gone to court twice and was able to get court orders to move things along, but at this point can a court make her finalize the paperwork???

I was able to achieve this. My custody, access and restraining order was dealt with at an uncontested trial, and the Financial Settlement was dealt with 7 months later by motion.
