    havebe,

    From the FRO website

    http://www.mcss.gov.on.ca/mcss/engli...fro_common.htm

"A Notice of Withdrawal is used when a payor and recipient want to manage their support payments privately without the involvement of the Family Responsibility Office (FRO). Both the payor and recipient must complete a Notice of Withdrawal form. Once the form has been received by the FRO, their case will be closed and the FRO will stop all support enforcement actions."

The form can be found here

    http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/AttachDocsPublish/006-FRO-006E~2/$File/FRO+-+006E.pdf

    Thanks,

We just talked again, and we would like to take the payments out of FRO and have me just write checks every week.

How do we go about taking it out of FRO?

    Thanks

    havebe,

Was the originating support amount to the terms of a legal separation agreement, If so, most have a clause that allow the parties to amend same. Any amendment to same should be witnessed.

lowering spousal support without a lawyer

    Hi, I have a question.

My spouse and I have come to an agreement on lowering spousal support, so that I'm not in arrearages every month.

We would like to do this without the cost of lawyers, so I was wondering what we would have to do, to do this by ourselves?

    Thanks
