I filed a notice of Application to reduce cs 6 months ago, a court date was never scheduled. The respondent has now filed an application to vary and booked a date. Is my application automatically joined with it? If not how do I go about combining them? The information on the original one is now incorrect, the wages have changed since then. If I keep the original application am I able to make amendments to it?
