I have searching on line but I can't seem to find the legal definition of a "form of marriage".
If the requirements are met to be determined to be a common law spouse does that mean that Family Law has designated co-habitation that meet those requirements to be a "form of marriage"?
Are there clear differences between a form of marriage for the purposes of Family Law as opposed to the Criminal Code of Canada?
