    Affidavit in Support of Claim for Custody or Access

    time sensitive? Meaning is there a time limit for the respondent after they have been served with it?

    If it is not responded to, is a judgement mad as per the claim?

    For a Statement of Claim...yes....but for a family application, in your dreams...they should respond but they will probably just show up in court and argue it....hope you filed an affidavit of service

    why sole custody...maybe if ex is criminal drug addict and beats the kids...or do you just not like her.

      beebie it is never that cut & dry.........not liking the ex

      I have sole custody and there was no drug or criminal record on his part.

      I had defacto custody and he was stopping me from travelling so sole custody fixed that
