motions vs trial

If the ex will not agree to anything do i do motions or set a trial date. she absolutely will not cooperate. wants everything status quo as though we were not seperated and divorcing.
We are at the settlement conference phase, they will not settle unless I basically give her my whole paycheque, the house and assume all debt.

Your only recourse when dealing with someone who is unwilling to negotiate is to push towards trial.
