I have been unable to reach my ex in order for him to sign the paperwork. I've been asked to place a classified ad indicating the motion is being carried in his absence.

i don't know exactly what to say in order to keep with the rules of the court.

Any ideas?

What needs to be said in this notice? Has anybody served this way?

Contact the classified department at the Toronto Sun... I am sure they have seen this before and may be able to provide some guidance.

Otherwise, list the relevant details including his name, your name, the court date, the court address, etc.

Ya, we tried that and I'm told that they aren't a legal department and will not assist me with the wording.
