case conference brief tickboxes

you can ask for "a temporary or final order to be made" at CC, right? I recall a tickbox for this on the CC brief. I am going specifically for our schedule to be nailed down and to clarify holiday access (xmas at this point as this is taking so long) .
I directed my lawyer to tick off this box and she didn't answer the email. I feel like this is being dragged out again. But it is standard practice to ask for this I would think....
