  • Next step help pls..

    We've requested her financial information 5x via email in the past 2 months... no response. Have now sent her a registered letter and it is rotting in the post office as she refuses to pick it up...

    what next ?

      If you have sent her notice to disclose, and she has refused to comply, then bring her to court for contempt.

        File a motion for financial disclosure, ask for costs. Is she required by court order to provide? If not, she can claim she never got any request...best option? File form 27. http://www.ontariocourtforms.on.ca/f...ept105_ODA.pdf
        But my answer would be different if the issue was child support or section 7 expenses.

            You can also have her served, and your process server can then file the affidavit of service...most people are silly enough to answer their doors before 7 am and after 8 am if the doorbell is rung
