I was given two reccommendations, though I didn't use either of them. I did call Jim Loh, at the first link, and he was very responsive and helpful. The second link is for Community Justice Initiatives, and I think they're on Queen near King.

That will at least give you a place to start. You could also call Mosaic Counselling (formerly the Catholic counselling place) and ask for referrals there. They might also do mediation and they're on Queen, too, but over by Victoria Park.
