Yes that is an option, I was for a while. Looks like I will be again but still need to find an advisor when some issues come up.

In Mississauga Jennifer Treloar is very aggressive and results orientated. Google her name. She is expensive, but my advice is get a lawyer who's going to make things happen and you essentially save money because the cheaper lawyers and one's who take legal aid drag it out to make more.
Good luck. She came highly recommended to me from another good lawyer who went against her in a case. I'm totally satisfied and regret not retaining a decent lawyer from the beginning. Instead I've ended up in a really crappy position. She's $400/hr.
