    Hi
Is it better to separate the issues when settling or roll them up into a ball? EG
should I ask for possession of my house separately first and then the custody issues to be dealt with? My lawyer wants to roll it all together into a package but I feel that not having possession of my house puts me at a disadvantage and he's been entering while I'm away and I will not be able to tell him to leave if we have a conflict at pickup/dropoff. What would be the advantage of doing it her way? I know it's easier to do the math that way but isn't it going to take longer to settle? Opinions? I would like the kids schedule separated from the money.

Unfortunately, the kids schedules have a direct impact on child support and an impact on spousal support.
